For over decade we worked as consultants for top-tier consultancies and large multinational companies, working on some of the world’s biggest projects. What we saw was a criminal waste of highly capable people’s time. Instead of getting the job done efficiently, they were struggling with spreadsheets and systems that delayed their progress, essentially costing their companies time, resources and money.
Then two years ago we stumbled upon our eureka moment... and based on Agile ideology and the Japanese techniques of Kanban, Lean and Just In Time, we created and developed Bright Green Projects.
We recruited a team of industry experts and set to work on making project management more straightforward. We founded the company armed with the knowledge and experience of every conceivable project pitfall, and with Bright Green we’ve been successfully helping clients organize and structure their projects ever since.
The Founders
Adam Feldman
Adam is responsible for defining and delivering the overall vision of Bright Green Projects and is also Director of Professional Services. He is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Siebel CRM Consultant and Certified Team Management Systems Consultant.
Adam’s previous incarnation was a Management Consultant with Deloitte Consulting. And with 10 years experience of successfully leading teams for some of the world’s most demanding clients, he can offer expert guidance based on genuine experience.
Rowan McCann
Rowan is Bright Green Projects’ technical guru and Agile Teamwork expert.
He has worked in the capacity of Developer, Business Analyst and Architect on a variety of IT implementations over the past 9 years and is both Prince2 and Scrum Master certified. Rowan is an expert in design, development and support of complex, mission critical applications.
