About us
Bright Green Projects is a cloud-based Project Management Solution, developed by a team of Management Consultants with 10 years’ experience working internationally with companies such as Deloitte Consulting, Toshiba, IBM, Barclays Bank, Abbey Bank, Lloyds TSB, Westpac Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, National Australia Bank, Westpac Bank, Christies Auctions, The Office of Communications (Ofcom UK), The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Gillette and Telstra Corportation.
After working on many of the world’s largest ERP and CRM implementations with 1000s of requirements, offshore development teams, home workers and globally distributed workforces it was clear that spreadsheets and word documents were not an ideal source of truth for any project! A simple solution was needed that was better for a team to use than excel and more scalable and portable than a whiteboard. It had to be accessible not only from your desk or the project room - but globally.
Many Project Managers work from home or spend a few days a week in different offices, or even different clients. Remote workers and globally distributed teams are becoming more common. Rarely are stakeholders in the same office and often development teams are in different continents. A solution was needed that would allow everyone to access project information in a workshop, with a client, or even at an airport.
The Founders
Adam Feldman
Prior to joining Bright Green Projects, Adam was a Management Consultant with Deloitte Consulting. During his time as a Consultant, Adam worked in the CRM Practice implementing Siebel for large enterprise clients. After leaving Deloitte, he worked as a freelance Business Analyst and Project Manager.
Adam is responsible for defining and delivering the overall vision of Bright Green Projects and is also Director of Consulting Services. He is a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Siebel CRM Consultant.
Rowan McCann
Rowan's nine years of experience implementing IT applications has prepared him for his responsibilities as Technical Director at Bright Green Projects . He has worked in the capacity of Developer, Business Analyst and Architect on a variety of IT implementations over the past 9 years. Rowan is both Prince2 and Scrum Master certified.
Rowan is in charge of all things technical at Bright Green Projects. He leads our Development effort and his ability to design, develop and support complex applications and databases is a huge asset to our customers.
