Agile Requirements Gathering

Requirements gathering is an essential part of all successful projects. Our consultants can assist your team in running workshops and capturing requirements using agile techniques such as user stories, defining acceptance criteria and prototyping.

After requirements are captured, we will work with the business to rank them in order of value and priority.

Agile Assessment and Road Map

Throw one of our certified consultants into your project for a day to run workshops, interviews and review of your existing documentation. A few days later we will present back to you an actionable, step-by-step plan explaining how you can become more agile.

Project Kick-Off

Everyone in the team needs to understand what it means to work on an agile project and how you will individually benefit! We will work with you to plan a bespoke project kick-off session so that the whole team is singing off the same hymn sheet from day one.

Coaching

The concepts of Agile and Scrum are simple - but actually implementing the practices can be hard! We offer a coaching service to give your team some support as you adjust to this new way of doing things.
