All of our agile consultants are Certified Scrum Masters, all have vast experience with agile and traditional techniques. General Questions
How do I login? I've forgotten my username, password and subdomain?
First of all, take a look through your email. We will have sent you an email when you signed-up with the subject "Bright Green Projects - Day 1" - this will have detail of your username and subdomain.
Can't find it? Please contact us.
Can we upload our existing data?
Only administrators can upload data - if you're an admin, please navigate to Admin > Data Upload.
Can we extract our data?
At the top of the tree view there is an "Export as CSV" link which will generate a CSV file. Data can also be extracted via the reports tab.
How do we change the standard values?
Navigate to Admin > Custom Values - all values are listed. Please select and delete the ones not suitable for your business.
Can we install Bright Green on our own servers?
You sure can. Our project management tool is both web based and available for install on your own server. Please contact us and we'll go through the process and give you the price.
What browsers do you support?
Our Web Project Management Tool IE7+, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. Limited IE6 support.
Functional Questions
Do you support Scrum?
Yes. We're Scrum Masters and support the majority of the Scrum processes. We call Sprints Iterations, Stories Requirements and Impediments Issues. We also support Burn Down Charts, Story Points and estimating Tasks in hours.

We have some projects still using Waterfall - can we still use Bright Green?
We recognize that most organizations have some agile and some more traditional processes. We have many customers who use Bright Green to manage more traditional implementations - they just don't use the release and iteration planning modules of Bright Green.
Can you use Bright Green in conjunction with an actual, physical board?
Yes! And we highly recommend it for teams new to Agile - it's a great way to get your team thinking around these new concepts.
