Senior Account Manager (USA)

Bright Green Projects is looking for a senior account manager to help us deal with our expanding pipeline in the US market. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing software company with significant upside through sales commissions and stock incentives.

The successful candidate is an experienced, team oriented sales representative who will take the lead for driving new and existing partner business within the US market. This position will manage all aspects of building and maintaining a sales pipeline for the region. Core activities include planning daily-weekly-monthly sales activity, creating and executing campaigns targeting prospects, qualifying leads, developing and managing account penetration plans, developing and managing customer implementation plans, and using sales force automation tools to manage regional sales activity.

Candidates should have the following skills and experience:

  • 7+ years of sales experience in a software or consulting organization
  • Experience selling software development lifecycle tools
  • Knowledge of methods such as Scrum, XP or Lean
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity and persuasive confidence
  • Ability to interact with senior program managers in client organizations
  • A passion for learning new technologies, particularly cloud-based software as a service solutions
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to generate and maintain a pipeline
  • Exceptional verbal communication and objection handling skills
  • Solid negotiation skills

Bright Green Projects are looking for Consultants with a passion for doing things differently. We need energetic self starters to be part of our fast growing consulting practice. Successful candidates will lead training workshops with clients and work on-site at client locations to support the transition to an Agile project environment. Applicants should have passion for Agile project management along with a background in software development and consulting or coaching.

Candidates should have the following skills and experience:

  • 7+ years of consulting experience in a software environment
  • Prior experience coaching Agile project teams with methods such as Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), DSDM, Agile UP.
  • Background in consulting in the software or IT industry.
  • Background in Enterprise Software - such as ERP, CRM.
  • Experience in project management in the software or IT industry.
  • Experience developing and delivering training materials.
  • Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge and passion about Agile principles and practices.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (Practitioner or Trainer) required.

Ruby On Rails Developer (UK)

Bright Green Projects are looking for a RoR Developer keen to work for a startup in London. We need a self starter, confident to work independently and also happy interacting face to face with our clients.

You will have a minimum of 2 years, commercial experience working on Ruby On Rails Applications. We live and breath Agile, Scrum and Kanban - any experience of working in highly agile teams, especially those using TDD will be highly regarded.
